Conditions,Difficulties,and Strategies for Implementing the"Physical Fitness+"Health Curriculum Model in Middle Schools
The"physical fitness+"health curriculum model in middle school is an innovative practice of the existing middle school Physical Education(PE)curriculum system.Through Investigation and other research methods,the current situation of Physical Fitness and Health courses in middle schools is reviewed,and it is concluded that active physical fitness teaching is more suitable for the target direction of the current PE curriculum system in middle schools.The important condition for carrying out teaching is that PE teachers should have good physical cognition level.The main difficulties in the implementation are:Whether the reserve of PE resources in schools is sufficient;Whether there is confidence in the development path,planning and future prospects of school PE;Whether the students'identification and sense of belonging to the PE class have enhanced their self-efficacy.The strategies are put forward:Actively think about the effective methods of high-quality physical training,which is conducive to improving the practical teaching effect;Innovate teaching methods and content settings to stimulate students'drive;Strengthen physical fitness level of PE teachers and cultivate PE teaching mindset.
