研究采用文献资料、专家访谈以及实地调研等方法,对优秀篮球运动员体能结构特征进行探讨。研究重点对中锋、后卫、前锋等不同位置球员的体能进行探究,把握不同位置球员的体能特征。提出训练实践策略:以运动员场上位置为导向,实施针对性训练;实施全面体能训练,规避运动员体能短板;高度关注运动员耐力训练,提升其有氧与无氧代谢能力;加强训练负荷监控与管理,科学化开展体能训练。
Research on the Physical Structure Characteristics and Training Strategies of Elite Basketball Players
This paper uses methods such as Literature Review,Expert Interview and Field Investigation to explore the physical structure characteristics of elite basketball players. The research focuses on exploring the physical fitness of players in different positions such as center forward,defender,and forward to grasp the physical characteristics of players in different positions. Training practice strategies are put forward:Take athletes' position on the field as the guidance,implement targeted training;Implement comprehensive physical training to avoid athletes' physical shortcomings;Pay great attention to endurance training of athletes to improve their aerobic and anaerobic metabolism;Strengthen the monitoring and management of training load,and carry out physical training scientifically.
