目的:利用可穿戴设备对运动员运动负荷进行精准化监测,以实现运动员训练监测和效果最优化。方法:通过智能臂带辅助训练,并对运动员专项体能训练负荷监测的效果进行分析。结果:实验前及实验16周之后,实验组与对照组四项体能测试指标均存在统计学差异。结论:运动员通过监测数据反馈,了解自己的运动状况和进步程度,提升竞技能力和优化运动表现;教练员通过监测数据调控练习密度和训练强度,提高足球训练的实效性;对运动员运动疲劳进行科学预防。建议:教练员和教师可将该研究所提供的测试方式和数据表现,作为运动训练和体育课负荷监控等工作的参考依据,以提升青少年运动表现和体育课的质量。
Analysis of the Effect of Sports Smart Armbands on Monitoring the Physical Training Load of High School Football Players
Objective:To explore the use of wearable devices for accurate monitoring of athletes' exercise load,in order to achieve optimal monitoring and effectiveness of athlete training. Methods:Analyze the effect of intelligent armband assisted training on the monitoring of athletes' special physical training load. Results:There are statistical differences between the experimental group and the control group in four physical fitness test indexes before and after 16 weeks of the experiment. Conclusion:Athletes can improve competitive ability and optimize sports performance by monitoring data feedback to understand their own sports status and progress;Coaches can improve the effectiveness of football training by monitoring data to regulate practice density and intensity. Carry out scientific prevention of athletes' sports fatigue. Suggestion:Coaches and teachers can use the test methods and data performance provided by this research as a reference for exercise training and Physical Education load monitoring,so as to improve the quality of adolescent sports performance and Physical Education.
