Optimization of Training Strategies for College Female Basketball Based on Exercise Physiology
Exercise Physiology,as an important branch of sports science,studies the physiological changes and laws of the human body during exercise. College female basketball players face high physical energy consumption and load during the training process,requiring scientific and reasonable training strategies to improve their training effectiveness and competitive level. This paper aims to explore the optimization plan of training strategies for college female basketball based on the theoretical foundation of Exercise Physiology. By integrating relevant knowledge of Exercise Physiology,combined with the physiological characteristics and training needs of female basketball players,a series of targeted,scientifically effective training strategies are proposed to improve the competitive level and physical fitness of female basketball players.
