Combining modern aerobics teaching theory with Exercise Physiology theory,this research proposes that aerobics training achieves positive improvement in body shape by enhancing students' muscle strength,coordination,flexibility,and sense of rhythm. It provides a new perspective and empirical basis for improving the physical health of vocational college students,promoting their active participation in sports activities,and deepening the exploration of sports teaching methods,which has high practical value. This article studies the impact of aerobics training on body shape of vocational college students and proposes path suggestions for vocational colleges to carry out aerobics training,aiming to provide reference for related educational work.
