Analysis of Changes in Swimming Skills of Athletes Under Mixed Strength Training Method
Objective:To analyze the impact of mixed strength training on changes in swimming skills of athletes, providing theoretical support for reducing resistance in water and improving performance. Method:Fifty male swimmers from School of Physical Education,Shanxi University were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group (CK) and an experimental group (EG). CK used conventional training methods, while EG used mixed strength training methods. Observe the results of the 100m breaststroke test and the number of strokes in the 50m breaststroke before and after intervention; The Angle of the legs and arms at the surface of the water in a streamlined swimming technique. Result:There is no statistically significant difference in the intragroup comparison of various indicators before intervention and the intragroup comparison of CK before and after intervention. The results of the 100 meter breaststroke showed significant statistical significance (P<0.05) in the inter group comparison after intervention, and there was a marked variation in the performance of the EG group in the pre-and post-intervention period (P<0.05). In the results of the angle changes of legs and arms with the water surface under streamlined technology, there were significant differences (P<0.05) in the intragroup comparison after intervention, the difference between the two groups before and after intervention, and the intragroup comparison of EG. Conclusion:Compared with conventional training methods, research methods can effectively optimize the overall performance of swimmers during the swimming process, and can provide reference for other teachers in conducting core swimming skill training methods.
