With the proposal and popularization of Sunshine Sports concept,college Physical Education(PE) is gradually changing from the traditional competitive oriented mode to the teaching mode centered on health,happiness and participation. Taekwondo,as a popular sport,plays an important role in college PE. However,in the actual teaching process,there are still some problems in college Taekwondo teaching,which restrict the further improvement of Taekwondo teaching effect to a certain extent. Therefore,based on Sunshine Sports concept,this paper deeply analyzes how to effectively integrate and practice this concept in college Taekwondo teaching,and deeply discusses the far-reaching educational value and significance contained in this integration. At the same time,this paper analyzes the current actual situation of Taekwondo teaching from the perspective of Sunshine Sports,and puts forward a series of targeted optimization strategies,aiming to promote Taekwondo teaching towards a healthier,positive and sustainable direction,and promote the overall development of college students' physical and mental health and active participation in sports,to contribute to to the cultivation of more healthy,happy talents with good sports literacy in the new era.
