Volleyball,as an important part of college Physical Education curriculum,integrates technical,tactical and physical requirements,which plays an important role in improving students' comprehensive quality. However,in the face of the challenges of college Volleyball teaching,especially the problem that traditional teaching methods can not meet the diverse needs of students,it is urgent to explore new teaching models. In view of this,it is very important to put forward the integrated teaching mode of "learning,practice,competition and evaluation",which emphasizes the systematic and modular design of teaching and the combination of science and practice,thus effectively improving the teaching quality. By using the methods of Literature Review and Logical Analysis,this article comprehensively and deeply examines the current situation of college Volleyball teaching,and then constructs a modular teaching strategy of college Volleyball based on the integrated concept of "learning,training,competition and evaluation",which not only helps to promote the innovation of college Volleyball teaching methods,but also meets the high standard requirements of talent training in the new era.
