With the rapid development of Information technology,Digital technology is gradually infiltrating into the field of education,which provides a new perspective and possibility for the reform of college Physical Education classroom teaching. Digital empowerment can not only effectively improve the efficiency and quality of Physical Education classroom teaching,but also meet the diversified learning needs of students,and promote the innovative development of college Physical Education. By using methods such as Literature Review,this paper analyzes the significance and challenges of digital empowerment in the reform and development of college Physical Education classroom teaching. It puts forward implementation methods for digital empowerment in the reform and development of college Physical Education classroom teaching and looks forward to its future development,in order to effectively promote the reform and development of college Physical Education teaching.
