Stratified teaching can provide targeted teaching for Football elective students,effectively improve the teaching efficiency of Football teachers and highlight the fairness of Football Physical Education teaching. The research intends to carry out the theoretical exploration and practical application of the teaching of college Football elective courses from the four dimensions of teaching objects,teaching contents,teaching management and teaching evaluation,and form a stratified teaching system of college Football elective courses with the the fundamental goal of cultivating college students' sports core literacy and the overall goal of improving college students' football sports ability and behavior consciousness,and strive to provide new ideas for the innovative development of college Football elective courses teaching mode.
