With the rapid development of Internet technology,the online and offline hybrid teaching mode has been more and more widely used in the field of education,especially in the field of Wushu teaching. Traditional Wushu teaching often relies on face-to-face teaching and imitation,while the online and offline hybrid teaching model has brought new changes to Wushu teaching. This teaching model integrates the rich and flexible learning characteristics of online resources,as well as the advantages of face-to-face guidance and practical operation offline,making Wushu teaching more diversified and personalized. Online,students can independently learn the basic movements and theoretical knowledge of Wushu through video tutorials,online interactions,and other means;Offline,they can deepen their understanding and mastery of Wushu skills through on-site guidance from teachers and exchanges among classmates. Based on the characteristics of Wushu teaching,the blended learning model will help improve the overall effectiveness of martial arts teaching and promote the comprehensive development of students.
