摘要
部分职业院校对体育社团的认知存在偏差和定位不精准等,因而存在管理松散、效应疲软、社团思政弱化等问题.学校通过探索兴趣驱动、课程灵动、进阶推动、社交互动、体教联动、评价促动的篮球社团育人实践,打造从汇趣到育德的篮球社团文化,以点带面,优化了校园体育生态,实现了学校体育工作的迭代升级和生态化转向.
Abstract
Due to some vocational colleges' biased cognition and inaccurate positioning of sports associations,there are some phenomena such as loose management,weak effectiveness,and weakening of ideological and political education of the associations. The school explores the cultivation practice of basketball clubs driven by interest,flexible curriculum,advanced promotion,social interaction,sports and teaching linkage,and evaluation,builds a basketball association culture from interest to morality. Fanning out from point to area,it optimizes the campus sports ecology,and realizes the iterative upgrading and ecological transformation of school sports work.
