This article uses KANO model to investigate and analyze the public sports service demands of rural elderly in Qinhuangdao City,Hebei Province. The results indicate that the demand hierarchy for public sports services for the rural elderly can be divided into expected demand,attractive demand,and undifferentiated demand. This research proposes a demand-oriented service system construction suggestion,including building a service system that meets the expected and attractive needs of rural elderly based on their own conditions,improving the satisfaction of public sports services for rural elderly,and carrying out corresponding sports activity service projects for undifferentiated personalized sports service needs,combined with the target rural elderly. The results and recommendations of this research will help meet the diverse demands of sports services,reduce resource waste,and improve the level of public sports services.
