体教融合背景下退役运动员转型体育教师的实践困境及优化策略

研究应用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,对当前体教融合背景下我国退役运动员转型体育教师进行研究,重点包括实践困境及优化对策。研究认为,退役运动员转型体育教师的现实困境包括从业资格受限、综合能力不高、身份定位模糊、自身专项与学校体育项目不适应等。今后应加强培训工作,提高运动员学历以及考取相关证书;强化政策引导,为退役运动员从教创造良好环境;建立"老带新"制度,提升新教师综合业务能力,为退役运动员转型教师打下良好基础。
Practical Dilemma and Optimization Strategy of Retired Athletes Transforming into Physical Education Teachers Under the Background of Integration of Sports and Education
Using the methods of Literature Review and Expert Interview,this paper studies the the transformation of retired athletes into physical education teachers in China under the background of integration of sports and education,focusing on the practical dilemma and optimization strategies. According to the research,the practical dilemmas of retired athletes in transitioning to physical education teachers include limited qualification,low comprehensive ability,fuzzy identity positioning,and incompatibility between their special projects and school sports programs. In the future,training should be strengthened to improve athletes' academic qualifications and obtain relevant certificates;Strengthen policy guidance and create a good environment for retired athletes to teach;Establish a system of "mentorship" to enhance the comprehensive professional ability of new teachers and lay a solid foundation for retired athletes to transform into teachers.
