Research on Sports Activity Design and Promotion Strategies Based on Family Participation
This article explored the design and promotion strategies of family participation in sports activity. The positive role of family participation in sports activity in enhancing cohesion,promoting emotional communication,and supporting the development of children and adolescents is studied by analyzing the effects of family structure and culture on sports activity. Status analysis shows that although there are successful experience in promoting family sports activities both domestically and internationally,challenges such as time,economic resources,facilities and social culture still exist. To address these issues,physical activity programs based on accessibility and inclusion design are proposed and promoted family engagement through incentives and role positioning. Further promotion strategies include utilizing social media and information technology,strengthening community and school collaboration,and access to policy support and financing. The research believes that these comprehensive measures can help to improve the participation and effect of family sports activities,and promote the healthy and harmonious development of society. Future researches should continue to optimize these strategies to adapt to the changing social needs and cultural context.
