Under the background of globalization and the rapid development of information technology,higher education not only imparts professional knowledge and skills,but also pays more attention to cultivating students' comprehensive quality and employability. As an important part of comprehensive quality education,physical,aesthetic and labor education cover physical education,aesthetic education and labor education. Researches have shown that physical aesthetic,and labor education has significant effects on enhancing students' ability to withstand pressure,cultivating team spirit and leadership,improving aesthetic ability and innovative thinking,enhancing practical ability and sense of responsibility,and thus enhancing students' employment competitiveness. Based on this,this research aims to explore the impact of physical,aesthetic,and labor education on the cultivation of college students' employability,analyze the current situation and existing problems,and propose corresponding teaching countermeasures,in order to benefit higher education teaching.
