The promulgation of the national football policy document proposes to improve the development mode of football talent training.Scientific youth training is of great significance to the training of football talents in China.Through Literature Review,Logical Analysis and other methods,this article analyzes and summarizes Constraints-Led Approach in football training methods.At present,there are a variety of methods used in football training.Constraints-Led Approach is more effective,as it starts from the situation as much as possible,which helps to improve the decision-making power of players and enable them to better acquire football skills.Football practice should be tailored to actual combat,utilizing individuals,tasks and environmental constraints to enable players to learn in different situations to improve their adaptability,flexibleness and decision-making ability.
