Application of Physical Exercise Function Training in Badminton Events
From the point of view of the physical function training system, this study combines it with the sports quality needs of badminton events. As a skill-dominated antagonistic sport,Badminton technical movements mainly involve swinging and multi-directional motions, with key physical elements being agility, speed, strength, and endurance.Following the principles of functional anatomy and Sports Biomechanics, this research focuses on training techniques such as trunk pillar strength,multi-directional movement speed, lower limb explosive power, and specialized hitting techniques, offering preliminary insights into suitable physical movement function training methods for Badminton players.Appropriate body movement function tests, neuromuscular integration training, and targeted energy metabolism system training can effectively enhance the efficiency of energy transfer within the power chain for badminton athletes while simultaneously reducing the risk of injury.
