Research on the Problems and Optimization Strategies of Youth Physical Training
Youth is a critical phase in the development of life,and physical training at this time is not only crucial for promoting the physical development of adolescents,but also the cornerstone of their psychological and social adaptability development.Traditional training methods have shown certain limitations due to a lack of flexibility and personalization.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes three optimization strategies:Enhance coaches'cognition of training intensity to ensure scientific and safe practices;clearly distinguish the methods and objectives between training and competition to help youth in accurately understand their training needs;Develop personalized training plans based on the differences in physical quality and capability among the youth.
