Exploration of Speed Training for Adolescent Sprint
Sprinting,as a basic programme of track and field sports,requires high comprehensive qualities such as speed,strength and flexibility of youth.The paper analyses the key points of sprint speed training for adolescents and puts forward the strategies of sprint speed training for adolescents,including creating diversified training scenarios,applying gamification training methods,implementing periodical training plans and introducing technological aids and data monitoring,in order to improve the performance of adolescents'sprinting speed and the overall level of athletic performance.
