Research on the Construction and Practice of Collaborative Education Model for College Physical Education Majors
The paper theoretically elaborates and practically reflects on the collaborative education model for college Physical Education majors by using the methods of Literature Review,Expert Interview,and Logical Analysis.The research found that traditional Physical Education majors suffer from issues such as rigid cultivation models,unsystematic teacher ethics training,and imperfect practical teaching systems.Collaborative education model holds significant value in enhancing teacher quality,promoting teaching reforms,and strengthening the pertinence of talent cultivation.A collaborative education model with"two-way integration and complementary advantages"as its guiding principle is proposed,which involves joint formulation of talent cultivation plans,reinforcement of teacher ethics and conduct education,and improvement of practical teaching systems,with the participation of local governments,universities,and primary and secondary schools.Through practice,the following countermeasures are proposed:Deepening understanding and building consensus to establish a practical education community;Sharing responsibilities and fulfilling duties together to build a responsibility community;Reinforcing the foundation with systems and advancing through practice to consolidate collaborative education efforts.
