Research on the Integration of In-Class and Out-of-Class Rock Climbing Teaching Model in Colleges—A Case Study of University B
Based on the research background of"integration of in-class and out-of-class",taking University B as an example,this paper studies the construction of a teaching model for Public Physical Education Rock Climbing in colleges by using the method of Literature Review and Expert Interview.The results show that the teaching mode of integration of in-class and out-of-class,which is mainly based on classroom teaching content,supplemented by college associations,rock climbing teams,rock climbing competitions and cooperation with climbing gyms outside school,can cultivate students'interest in rock climbing and solve the problems of students'extracurricular rock climbing.At the same time,it breaks the original closed college Physical Education model,effectively extends the Physical Education classroom,and is one of the teaching models worth promoting in college Physical Education.
