Design of Fitness Yoga Course with the Goal of Improving Upper Crossed Syndrome in College Students—A Case Study of Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences
This review analyzes the causes of upper cross syndrome among medical college students,elaborates the harm and anatomical principles of upper cross syndrome systematically,clarifies the underlying logic of exercise therapy in improving upper cross syndrome.On this basis,it designs a Fitness Yoga course to improve this posture problems.The course has formulated the teaching content of 16 weeks and 32 class hours in one semester according to the principle of"gradual,comprehensive,balanced,safe and effective"and standardized a single course arrangement for 2 class hours,in order to help improve college Physical Education curriculum system and help students grow healthily.
