以改善大学生上交叉综合征为目标的健身瑜伽课程设计——以上海健康医学院为例

该文分析了医学院大学生上交叉综合征产生的原因,系统阐述了上交叉综合征的危害及解剖学原理,明确运动疗法改善上交叉综合征的底层逻辑,在此基础之上,设计并研发了改善医学院大学生上交叉综合征的健身瑜伽课程。该课程按照"循序渐进、全面均衡、安全有效"的原则制定了一学期16周32学时的教学内容,并规范了健身瑜伽单次2学时的课程安排,以期帮助完善高校体育课程体系,助力学生健康成长。
Design of Fitness Yoga Course with the Goal of Improving Upper Crossed Syndrome in College Students—A Case Study of Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences
This review analyzes the causes of upper cross syndrome among medical college students,elaborates the harm and anatomical principles of upper cross syndrome systematically,clarifies the underlying logic of exercise therapy in improving upper cross syndrome.On this basis,it designs a Fitness Yoga course to improve this posture problems.The course has formulated the teaching content of 16 weeks and 32 class hours in one semester according to the principle of"gradual,comprehensive,balanced,safe and effective"and standardized a single course arrangement for 2 class hours,in order to help improve college Physical Education curriculum system and help students grow healthily.
