摘要

运动生理学是体育学的重要基础理论课,但目前运动生理学的教学现状存在诸多问题,不能满足现代教学的需要.该文对运动生理学课程现状进行剖析,提出以学生为主体,实践能力培养为导向.从运动生理学课程大纲、教学内容、教学手段、考核方式等方面提出改革思路,以期提高运动生理学的教学质量,培养具备实践能力的运动生理学人才.

Abstract

Exercise Physiology is an important basic theoretical course of Physical Education,but there are many problems in the teaching of Exercise Physiology,unable to meet the needs of modern teaching.This article analyzes the current situation of Exercise Physiology course,proposes students as the primary entity,practice ability training as the orientation.The reform ideas are proposed from the aspects of Exercise Physiology course outline,teaching content,teaching methods,and assessment ways,in order to enhance the instructional quality of Exercise Physiology,and cultivate Exercise Physiology talents with practical abilities.
