With the acceleration of the aging process of China's population,the demand for health services for the elderly is increasing.In order to meet this challenge,the strategy of Healthy China puts forward a comprehensive and multi-level health service system.Based on the strategy of Healthy China,this paper elaborates the strategy of Healthy China and the concept of sports and health integration from the theoretical basis,analyzes the current status of the community health service system for the elderly,and puts forward an innovative design of sports and health integration service system for community elderly.It includes service system construction,telemedicine and intelligent health monitoring,customized health promotion and disease prevention,comprehensive rehabilitation services and long-term care,as well as technical support and platform construction.
