Challenges and Strategies of Psychological Adjustment of Athletes in High-Risk Winter Sports Events from the Perspective of Large Cycle Training
Based on the analysis of the source of psychological negative pressure of athletes in high-risk winter sports events,this paper analyzes the psychological adjustment strategies for different stages of large cycle training,including preparation period,transition period,competition period and recovery period,and promotes the effective of competition results by improving the psychological state of athletes in high-risk winter sports events.In the preparation period,it is necessary to temper the motivation of"motherland first",enhance psychological stability,desensitization training and diversified plans in simulated scenarios,and focus on problems;During the transition period,it is necessary to establish the concept of"friendship first,competition second",try to relieve target pressure as much as possible,form psychological stereotype to face optimistically,and conduct timely psychological monitoring and early warning;During the competition period,it is important to maintain moderate psychological anxiety,enjoy the pleasure brought by the competition,and become a master of psychological self-control;In the recovery period,it's necessary to"talk to ourselves"in time,empathize,reasonably attribute,set up a new goal of the competition,and provide effective social support.
