In the large unit dimension of high school Physical Education(PE)in the academic year, there are four modules of teaching, and one Project-Based Learning is carried out on the basis of three regular modules. The construction of"1-3-1"teaching model for Project-Based Learning in high school PE,involves using"1"as the main driving problem to introduce"3"sub project tasks, ultimately resulting in"1"comprehensive project outcome. In the process of Project-Based Learning, teachers guide students to sort out and integrate the core knowledge of units to form spiraling structured knowledge,so as to improve their comprehensive ability to deal with and solve problems in complex real situations in practice.Taking the Project-Based Learning practice of Wushu elective class Shanwu Danqing in the first year of high school as an example, starting from real-life scenarios, this paper proposes a main driving problem from the realistic situation and divides it into three progressive goals, guiding students to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge, calling subject knowledge base to solve real and complex problems, and promoting the reform of high school PE teaching methods.
