随着我国教育改革的不断深入,"五育"融合作为新时代教育发展的核心理念,正逐步成为提升人才培养质量的重要途径。在这一背景下,体育教育作为促进学生身心健康、全面发展的关键环节,其在情绪管理方面的作用日益凸显。该文旨在探讨"五育"融合视域下,体育干预如何有效培养高职生的情绪管理能力,并从课程设置、教学方法创新、校园体育文化建设、师资队伍建设等角度,提出促进高职生情绪管理的体育干预路径,以期为提升高职生的综合素质和心理健康水平提供参考。
Promotion and Path Analysis of Sports Intervention on Emotional Management of Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Integration of Five Educations
With the deepening of China's education reform,integration of five educations,as the core concept of education development in a new era,is gradually becoming an important way to improve the quality of talent training.In this context,Physical Education,as a key link to promote students'physical and mental health and all-round development,plays an increasingly prominent role in emotional management.This paper aims to explore how sports intervention can effectively cultivate the emotional management ability of vocational college students from the perspective of the integration of five educations,and propose sports intervention paths to promote the emotional management of vocational college students from the perspectives of curriculum setting,teaching method innovation,campus sports culture construction,and teacher team construction,so as to provide references for improving the comprehensive quality and mental health level of vocational college students.
