This article,combined with the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,discusses the path of reform and innovation of school Physical Education to meet the needs of national development in the new era.In the new era of Physical Education,measures such as establishing the educational concept of health first,constructing a comprehensive curriculum system,improving the diversified Physical Education evaluation system,strengthening the practical nature of Physical Education,and exploring the integration path of Physical Education and other disciplines,can effectively promote the comprehensive development of students,so as to fit the essence of modern education,and cultivate socialist era newcomers with strong physique,good moral quality,and certain innovation and integration as well as practical ability.
