Study of the Recovery Effect of Low-Intensity Blood Flow Restriction Training on ACL in High Sports Demanders
The objective is to observe the effect of low-intensity blood flow restriction training on early postoperative rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)in high sports demanders.Thirty-six high sports demanders after ACL were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 18 people in each group. Each group underwent 12 weeks of comprehensive rehabilitation and muscle strength training, and the experimental group added low-intensity blood flow restriction training on the basis of muscle strength training. The results of Lysholm score,IKDC score and isometric muscle strength test were observed before and after 12 weeks of rehabilitation in the 2 groups. Results:Both groups showed improvement in Lysholm score before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group showed improvement in isometric muscle strength test and IKDC score(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group in popliteal endurance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-intensity blood flow restriction training can effectively improve the lower limb muscle strength after ACL in high sports demanders and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
