Research on the Influence of Sling Exercise Therapy on Lower Limb Explosive Power of Female College Football Players
In this article,we explore the impact of Suspension Exercise Training(SET)on the lower limb explosive power of female college soccer players using methods such as literature review, expert interviews, experiments, and mathematical statistics. We selected 20 female soccer players for our study, with the experimental group receiving SET combined with traditional strength training, while the control group underwent only traditional strength training. Before and after an eight-week intervention period, both groups were tested on their lower limb explosive power indices, which were then statistically analyzed. The results show that both the training methods applied to the experimental and control groups can enhance the lower limb explosive power of female college soccer players. In terms of 30-meter sprint times, vertical jump heights, and maximum relative strength, the approach incorporating SET alongside traditional strength training yields more significant improvements compared to traditional strength training alone, demonstrating a stronger promoting effect.Although there was no significant difference in improving stationary shot performance among female college soccer players when comparing SET combined with traditional strength training to traditional strength training alone, the progress made was noticeable.
