Research on the Strategies of Improving Physical Fitness in Sports Dance Training
This research aims to explore the strategies for enhancing physical fitness in Sports Dance training to improve dancers'physical fitness and performance levels.Through analyzing the concept and importance of physical fitness,combined with the actual situation of dance training,the effectiveness and implementation methods of strategies such as flexibility training,muscle strength training,endurance training,explosive power training,coordination training,and cardiovascular function training are discussed.The research has found that the comprehensive use of various training strategies can effectively enhance dancers'physical fitness levels,thereby improving their technical and artistic performance in dance.
