Impact of Proprioception Combined with Core Strength Training on Students Majoring in Rock Climbing
The research uses experimental methods to apply the combination of proprioception and core strength training to the training of college students majoring in rock climbing, and compares and analyzes it with pure core strength training to explore the impact of different strength training on Functional Movement Screening(FMS)of college students majoring in Rock Climbing. The research results indicate that the combination of proprioception and core strength training has a more positive effect on improving FMS through a comparison before and after an 8-week experiment, indicating that proprioception combined with core strength training can effectively improve trunk strength and the accuracy of proprioception information located in joint tendons controlled by the nervous system.
