Research on Psychological Training and Emotional Control in College Volleyball Training
With the continuous development of volleyball,major colleges are paying more attention to the com-prehensive training of student volleyball.College volleyball training can not only improve the physical fitness of college students,but also enable them to proficiently use various volleyball tactics in the process of volleyball,and improve their psychological quality through practical combat.This article analyzes the important role of psychological training and emotional control training in volleyball training,and points out how college students use psychological training and emotional control training to calm their mentality,stabilize their technical movements,and relieve training competition pressure on the field.At the same time,research has been conducted on how to carry out psychological training and emotional control training for college students in three aspects:physical fitness training,volleyball technical training,and volleyball tactical training,help college students to release competition pressure and achieve excellent results through self psychological regulation and emotional control on the field in the future.
