Taking the promotion of Chinese sports spirit as the starting point of physical education curriculum construction,this article analyzes the ideological and moral qualities contained in Chinese sports spirit,integrating these qualities into physical education,and achieving the tasks and goals of sports work in the new era through effective paths.Using methods such as Literature Review,Historical Analysis,Questionnaire Surveys,Interviews,and Experiments,it analyzes Chinese sports spirit,and take sports ethics and skills as the main content of integrated design and practicing physical education curriculum.The integrated construction of physical education curriculum can solve the problems of superficial and low-level repetition in physical education teaching,promote the comprehensive development of students,and provide new research ideas for the integration of physical education and the integrated construction of physical education curriculum.
