Teaching Design and Practice of Sports Game Activities in Higher Vocational Colleges
Based on the practical experience of teaching in higher vocational colleges,this paper conducts a detailed analysis of sports game activities in higher vocational colleges,pays attention to the current situation of their sports games,and systematically analyzes the design elements of sports games.At the same time,through practical paths such as giving full play to the leading role of teachers,closely connecting with the teaching content,closely adhering to the actual teaching requirements,and stimulating students'enthusiasm,sports games are applied to the pre-class warm-up preparation activities,in-class consolidation exercises,and post-class relaxation links,in order to create a relaxed,lively and interesting sports classroom environment,thereby comprehensively improving the quality of Public Physical Education teaching in higher vocational colleges.
