Using method of Literature Review,this paper explores the functional value,implementation scope,and practical path of smart sports empowering innovation in college Physical Education teaching.The functional value of smart sports includes:promote teaching innovation and build immersive teaching scenarios;Optimize teaching content to meet personalized student needs;Improve course assessment and promote the functional value of scientific teaching evaluation.The implementation scope of smart sports mainly includes three levels:classroom teaching,extracurricular exercise,and sports competitions.The practical path are:Strengthen policy top-level design and build a smart sports teaching platform;Make up for the shortcomings in infrastructure and build a solid foundation for the development of smart sports;Enhance the literacy of Physical Education teachers and unleash the value of intelligent Physical Education.
