New quality productivity has injected new vitality into the development of the ice and snow sports industry.This article uses Literature Analysis and Expert Interviews to explore the development difficulties and optimization paths of the ice and snow sports industry.The main problems include insufficient policies,talent shortage,insufficient economies of scale,poor information transmission,and lack of brand building.To address these challenges,strategies of policy guidance,cross-border integration,brand building,talent cultivation,and smart driving have been put forward.By introducing new quality productivity,enhance the technological content and operational efficiency of the ice and snow industry,promote its high-quality development,and advance the goals of building a Healthy China and a Sports Power.
