Research on Risk Governance Dilemma and Path of Domestic Large Sports Events From the Perspective of Resilience Governance
In the era of the risk society, the traditional government-mandated approach to event risk governance is inadequate for addressing the challenges posed by risk society. Therefore, this paper utilizes research methods such as Literature Review and Inductive Summarization to introduce the concept of Resilience Governance—a social risk governance approach—into the risk management of sports events, with the aim of providing new perspectives for future risk management in this field.Through analysis,it is found that there are the following problems with the current event risk management:conservative governance concepts, delayed response times, and a single governance subject. Therefore,it is proposed:Update governance concepts to adapt to the risk society;Improve governance systems to enhance the resilience of key entities;Emphasize organizational learning to boost management resilience;Optimize governance systems to increase institutional resilience;Strengthen risk communication to improve process resilience.
