Based on Social Role Theory,focusing on the theme of ideological and political education in Physical Education curriculums,this paper probes into the implementation strategy of curriculum ideological and political education for college non high-level sports teams.According to the research,athletes are the main body of the internal promotion of sports curriculum ideological and political education in college non high-level sports teams.By clarifying the role positioning of new and old players,the role positioning of management functions within the team and the role positioning of the field position,coaches can make athletes clear their responsibilities and obligations under multiple roles and stimulate the internal driving force of the team,then promote the ideological and political education of college Physical Education curriculum spontaneously and efficiently.
