Current Situation and Reform Innovation of the Construction of Physical Education and Health Teacher Team in the New Era—Exploration and Reflection on the Construction of Physical Education Teaching Staff in District W,City S
The Party and the state attach great importance to physical education,and the new era has put forward new requirements for PE teachers.This study uses methods such as Literature review and Semi-Structured Interviews to explore and reflect on the construction of PE teacher team in W District of S City.To address some of the issues in the current physical education and health teacher team,solutions are proposed:Increasing the importance of physical education and health disciplines,optimizing the management mechanism of physical education and health teacher team,and promoting comprehensive reform of physical education and health teacher education.
