Sports training,as an indispensable part of higher vocational education,its development is limited by the defects of the theoretical system and institutional limitations.This article aims to analyze the current research status,explore the future development path,and promote the high-quality development of the training.Through in-depth analysis of the current system problems,innovative strategies are put forward to solve the problems of resources and curriculum structure.Finally,it highlights the core role of theoretical system and management system construction in achieving sustainable and high-quality training development,and points out the way for subsequent research and practice.
