高尔夫全挥杆相关的体能表现及训练策略研究

随着高尔夫运动参与人数的不断扩增,在单纯的技术练习外,通过体能训练快速提高高尔夫挥杆表现无疑是更为有效的选择。而目前研究体能因素与高尔夫挥杆表现之间如何相互作用的文章还很少。该文通过文献资料法、内容归纳法等研究方法,从体能的身体形态、身体机能和运动素质3个维度,归纳整理国内外高尔夫挥杆体能表现以及体能训练方案的最新研究,以期为提升高尔夫挥杆表现的相关训练实践提供参考。
Study of Physical Performance and Training Strategies Related to Full Golf Swing
As the number of golf participants continues to expand,it is undoubtedly more effective to improve golf swing performance quickly through physical training in addition to purely technical practice.However,there are few articles on how physical factors interact with golf swing performance.This article uses methods of Literature Review and Content Induction to summarize and organize the latest research on different aspects of golf swing performance and physical training programmes at home and abroad from the perspective of the three major aspects of physical fitness content(physical form,physical function and athletic quality),hoping that it can provide reference for relevant training practices to improve golf swing performance.
