Study of Physical Performance and Training Strategies Related to Full Golf Swing
As the number of golf participants continues to expand,it is undoubtedly more effective to improve golf swing performance quickly through physical training in addition to purely technical practice.However,there are few articles on how physical factors interact with golf swing performance.This article uses methods of Literature Review and Content Induction to summarize and organize the latest research on different aspects of golf swing performance and physical training programmes at home and abroad from the perspective of the three major aspects of physical fitness content(physical form,physical function and athletic quality),hoping that it can provide reference for relevant training practices to improve golf swing performance.
