Prevention and Rehabilitation Strategy of Muscle Strain in Basketball
In order to reduce the risk of muscle strains in basketball players and enhance their awareness of prevention and rehabilitation of muscle strains,this paper uses the method of Literature Review and Logical Analysis to study the prevention and rehabilitation of muscle strains in basketball in detail.The results indicate that the main causes of muscle strains in basketball are muscle fatigue,lack of adequate warm-up and stretching activities and unreasonable use of technical movements.Basketball players should strengthen safety awareness,fully prepare for activities,control exercise load,use correct technical movements,select safe training venues,and do a good job of equipment protection.It proposes the rehabilitation strategies for muscle strains:Do a good job in psychological rehabilitation,enhance athletes'self-confidence;Use traditional Chinese medicine to speed up the rehabilitation process.
