Construction of Practical Teaching System for"Innovative and Entrepreneurial"Ability of Social Sports Guidance and Management Major—A Case Study of Shanxi Province
In order to promote high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship,we actively support the great development of the sports industry with the"innovative and entrepreneurial"new momentum.The current society urgently needs young talents in universities with entrepreneurial ability and innovative consciousness to participate in planning and construction.Therefore,innovating the training mode of high-end equipment talents and improving the quality of talent training are inevitable trends in the development and reform of higher education in China.Through analyzing the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching of Social Sports Guidance and Management major in Shanxi Province,it is found that there are problems in the current teaching,such as insufficient awareness and attention to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability,closed disciplines,shortage of teaching staff,and insufficient construction of practical bases.Therefore,it is proposed to establish a diversified teaching model,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of talents and the improvement of innovative and entrepreneurial abilities in Social Sports Guidance and Management major in universities.
