摘要
目的:探究以游戏练习为核心的教学模式的教学效果.方法:采用文献资料法、实验法、观察法、数理统计法,通过回应机会(opportunity to respond,OTR)适当率指标和技术评价指标,对以游戏练习为核心的教学模式的教学效果进行评价.结论:以游戏练习为核心的教学模式和传统教学模式的教学效果存在差异;在运动技能、身体素质、战术素养和心理素质等方面,以游戏练习为核心的教学模式均优于传统教学模式.建议:教师在体育教学活动中尽量采用以游戏练习为核心的教学模式.
Abstract
Objectives:To explore the teaching effectiveness of a game exercise centered teaching model.Methods:Methods of Literature Review,Experiments,Observation,and Statistical Analysis were used to evaluate the teachiong effectiveness of the game exercise model through the"opportunity to respond"(OTR)appropriateness index and technical evaluation index.Results:There are noticeable differences in teaching effectiveness between the game exercise centered model and traditional teaching methods;In terms of sports skills,physical fitness,tactical literacy,and psychological resilience,the game exercises centered teaching mode is superior to traditional teaching modes.Recommendations:Teachers should try to adopt the game exercise centered.teaching mode in their physical education activities.
