该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,对高职模块化体育课程与职业发展的融合展开研究。研究认为,高职体育课程设置主要存在以下问题:体育课程与学生未来职业结合不够紧密、体育课程内容设置缺乏多样性和创新性、课程难以满足不同专业背景学生的需求。通过促进高职模块化体育课程与职业发展融合,能精准对接职业需求,强化教育与产业融合;全面提升学生职业素养能力,构建复合型人才体系;促进体育教育创新,提升教学质量与效果;促进学生全面发展,实现教育公平与可持续发展。为实现高职模块化体育课程与职业发展深度融合,建议:明确职业发展需求,优化模块化课程设计;加强实践教学环节,提高学生的职业素养;建立与企业的合作机制,实现资源共享;加强师资队伍建设,提高教师素质。
Integrated Study of Modular Physical Curriculum and Career Development in Higher Vocational Education
This paper uses methods such as Literature Review to conduct research on the integration of modular curriculum and career development in higher vocational Physical Education(PE).Research believes that there are mainly the following problems in the curriculum design of higher vocational PE:Insufficient integration between PE curriculum and students'future careers;Lack of diversity and innovation of PE curriculum content;The curriculum is difficult to meet the needs of students with different professional backgrounds.By promoting the integration of higher vocational PE,it can accurately match the vocational needs,strengthen the integration of education and industry;Comprehensively enhance the ability of students'professional quality,construct the compound talent system;Promote the innovation of PE,improve the teaching quality and effect of education;Promote the comprehensive development of students,and achieve educational equity and sustainable development.Suggestions:In the integration of the modular curriculum and vocational development in higher vocational PE,it is necessary to clarify the needs of the career development,optimize the modular curriculum design;Strengthen the practical teaching link,improve students'professional quality;Establish the cooperation mechanism with enterprises,to realize resource sharing;Strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the quality of teachers.
