As one of the important projects in the construction of sports power,school sports is the key to achieving education power and healthy China.As an important part of school Physical Education,college Track and Field teaching has achieved great development after the"double reduction"policy in the new era,but there are still some difficulties and blocked points.Therefore,in order to improve the teaching efficiency of college Track and Field teaching and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of college Track and Field teaching,the following promotion strategies are proposed:(1)Interest-oriented,improve students'participation;(2)Put the concept first,innovate the teaching method;(3)Guided by teachers and enhancing the teaching staff;(4)Increase the construction of facilities with resources as the condition;(5)Take the system as the guarantee and improve the institutional system.
