This article focuses on the cultivation path of students'core quality in college physical education(PE)teaching.First of all,it defines the meaning of students'core quality,and expounds its important position in college PE teaching.According to the current situation of physical education teaching,it puts forward six cultivation paths,including setting clear teaching objectives,optimizing teaching content,strengthening practical teaching,paying attention to individual differences of students,creating a good teaching atmosphere and improving teaching evaluation system.In order to ensure the effective implementation of these cultivation paths,it also puts forward the implementation of safeguard measures from strengthening the construction of teachers,improving sports facilities and equipment,and strengthening communication and cooperation with parents.Through these comprehensive measures,it aims to comprehensively improve the core quality of students and lay a solid foundation for their all-round development in the future.
