Study on Effect of 8-Week Tai Chi Intervention on Improving Sustained Attention
Attention is the gateway to regulate information into the center of consciousness,and the exploration of attention is an urgent problem to be solved in the era of artificial intelligence,and it is also an important part of human mind exploration.The effective control of attention is an effective way for individuals to improve learning and work efficiency,relieve pressure and improve emotions.Objective:To explore whether Tai Chi can improve sustained attention and selective attention,and to provide a feasible training method for attention regulation.Research methods:This study recruited 26 experimental subjects for 8 weeks of Tai Chi intervention,intervention frequency is 3 times a week,each time 1 h,the use of digital cancellation test(NCT)to detect their behavior.The experimental group and the control group(30 people)before and after the intervention were subjected to repeated measurement ANOVA.Results:Tai Chi intervention had a significant effect on sustained attention,F(2,51)=5.35,P=0.03;There was a positive correlation between coordination stretch score and sustained attention(r=0.46,P=0.04).Conclusion:8-week Tai Chi intervention can significantly improve sustained attention,the degree of coordination and stretch in Tai Chi practice is positively correlated with sustained attention.
